Wow!! What a night. Our second Little Big Town show and it was better than the first. Jeff Coffin was on his game with a couple great sax solos including a memorable one in "Lying in the hands of god". What a voice, and soulful lyrics. Opening act, Amos Lee, was equally fantastic. Boyd Tinsley reminded us why he reigns supreme on the violin as he shredded the stage in "Lie in our Graves" and "Jimi Thang"... I thought at one point his bow was going to catch on fire! Energy was fantastic. Carter was smiling infectiously as always, and gave the crowd a delight by handing out what seemed like 40 souvenir drumsticks. Great mix of new and old songs. Thank you DMB, I can't wait until 2026 when you return to touring. Great atmosphere, great setlist, great energy... just a fantastic time all together. We were treated to a special appearance from Jazz great Branford Marsalis who solo'd on a few songs. Plus an entertaining trip down memory lane with his rendition of Shai's "If I Ever Fall In Love". We got a light drizzle of rain right before the show started which was a great relief as it stayed in the high 90's until late that night.
